Booking Policy How to Book: Clients can schedule sessions via a free 30-minute consultation email to theoffice@abigailllc.com. After the consult, I’ll propose a tailored engagement plan—minimum 3 sessions to ensure impactful results. Availability: Sessions are offered Tuesday-Thursday, 9 AM-4 PM CST, with 15-25 total weekly hours across clients. Bookings require 48-hour advance notice, subject to availability. Confirmation: A deposit of 50% of the session fee ($150 for CFO, $125 for Data, $137.50 for Systems) is due upon booking to secure your slot—payable via invoice. Balance due post-session. Engagement Terms: Recommended 3-6 month commitments for sustained value—weekly or biweekly sessions, customized to client needs. Cancellation Policy Standard Cancellation: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the session start time via email (abigaildreed@gmail.com). Full refund of the deposit or a rescheduled session at no extra cost. Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit—my time is reserved for your success, and late changes impact availability. Rescheduling allowed once within 7 days, pending openings. No-Show: Missed sessions without notice forfeit the deposit—no refunds or rescheduling. A courtesy reminder email is sent 48 hours prior to avoid this. My Cancellation: If I need to cancel (rare—think emergencies), you’ll get a full refund or a rescheduled session at your convenience, plus a complimentary 30-minute follow-up as my commitment to enduring service.
